Diversified Housing Senior Living Services is a Houston-based company that specializes in the planning, development and management of senior housing. The company was founded in 1977 by Robert Caplan, President and CEO, and provides services to over 600 seniors in Texas and Georgia.

The company's senior housing includes Independent Living Apartments, Licensed Assisted Living Communities and Certified Alzheimer's Care Communities. Mr. Caplan and his management team, Pat Chadwick, VP of Management Services, and Linda Bowser, VP of Operations, bring over 50 years of dedication and experience in providing services to seniors.
