Andrea Armstrong joined Colonial Oaks as the Executive Director in 2017. Andrea brings with her 13 years of experience providing care and management in Assisted Living. Andrea is devoted to serving seniors, and takes great pride in helping families find the best Assisted Living option. Andrea leads her team by example, emphasizing teamwork, creativity, and empathy.
Jennifer Deal, CRD – Community Relations Director
Jennifer joined Voralto Living in April 2018. Jennifer’s personal journey with her Granny ignited a passion to help seniors and their families in a time of need. With her passion for seniors and long career in Advertising & Marketing, Jennifer says she has found the perfect fit in the senior industry.
Her best advice is to “breathe… you can get through this” and “make the decision that is best for your loved one”. Jennifer will tell you that she leaves the office every day with a full heart because she has helped one person.
