Executive Director – Lakeyda Patterson
Cynthia Garza joined Colonial Oaks at Vista in 2003. She has spent those years dedicated to serving the residents and their families and leading her team in providing compassionate and respectful care.
She is a native Texan and proud resident of Pasadena. Cynthia has two children, Monica and Jesse. Monica just began her college years, and Jesse enjoys anything that has to do with electronics.
Cynthia loves interacting with the residents and their families daily. She lives by the philosophy of “promises made…promises kept”, and she spends her days motivating, training and appreciating her resident care team.
Community Relations Director – Dee Latiolais
Dee Latiolais’ love of seniors started when she was a child playing Canasta with her grandmother. That childhood play developed into a career where for the past 15 years she has been devoted to serving seniors. In 2009 she joined Colonial Oaks and found that her true passion was helping struggling families as they face making decisions for an aging parent.
When Dee is not with her residents at Colonial Oaks, she may be found volunteering for the Alzheimers Association and the Community Assistance Providers of Pearland or speaking at caregiver conferences, sharing her vision for improving quality of life for all seniors.
